However the booking is flexible and will not be payable until 48 hours (or less) before the check in time. However a valid credit card must be received at the time of booking and the expiration date must be later than the reservation check in date. In the event of cancellation more than 48 hours before the normal check-in time, nothing is due to the property.

Refundable damage deposit:
A damage deposit of EUR150 is required upon checking-in river to arrival. This takes the form of a pre-authorisation on a credit or debit card. This pre-authorisation will expire a few days after your check out is fully refundable during check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property.
